Priyal Shukla is a passionate mental health educator and trained psychologist dedicated to bridging modern psychological sciences with ancient Indian yogic wisdom. A postgraduate in Clinical Psychology from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, she combines academic rigour with compassionate field practice to guide individuals towards holistic healing.

Her global exposure includes prestigious scholarships such as Erasmus+ and Lithuanian language fellowships, allowing her to represent Indian scientific spirituality on international platforms. She has actively conducted workshops and training modules in Lithuania and India, focused on topics like yoga psychology, mental wellness, and holistic practices.

Priyal has led impactful interventions across schools, hostels, and old-age homes—applying Indian psychotherapies like Yoga Nidra, Acupressure, and Pranayama to address emotional imbalances, stress, and psychosomatic disorders. Her professional training also includes therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, and Client-Centered Therapy.

With a firm belief in “Seva Parmo Dharma,” she has engaged in grassroots volunteer work, psychometric assessments, and counseling roles that reflect her dedication to community well-being.
