Being a part of a two-day meditation session led by Dhynasthyoga was an incredibly great experience. It was so practical, with great technique as well as great insight. It's motivated me towards the art of meditation in my day-to-day life and the better combination of inner peace, joy in relationships, and concentration in my professional life. With its help, we can become our own doctors and can help ourselves a little bit and also help others. Got to know all this too. Yashdeep's session was very interesting. The practical part of the meditation was very relaxing and the Om explanation related to consciousness was amazing. The two-day meditation workshop was fantastic. It was both informative and concise. It was critical to distinguish between concentration and meditation. Several years back, I got exposure to yoga in Patanjali Yogram Haridwar. I learned everything but I could not bring it to my daily life due to poor excuses. Recently, I came across Kaushal ji and started yoga classes online. I found Kaushal is a very professional yoga teacher, he listened to my needs very passionately and customized yoga lessons as per my need. During the classes, he is not really striving for the perfect yoga poses, but gently encourages the student to put best effort.
