Navratri Yogic Sadhana: A 9-Day Inner Journey

Online Navratri Sadhana 2025

• 9 Days • 9 Goddesses • 9 Yogic Practices

Navratri is not merely fasting or celebration — it is the sacred time for inner awakening through Devi Sadhana.

During these nine nights, the cosmic energy of Goddess Durga manifests in nine divine forms, each representing a quality that the seeker must invoke within. Through mantra japa, pranayama, meditation, and sankalpa, we discipline the body, purify the mind, and awaken the spirit.

At Dhyanasth Yoga, Haridwar, we bring to you a scripture-based Navratri Sadhana program — a spiritual discipline for seekers who wish to walk the inner path with devotion and awareness.
