“The greatest victory is the victory over oneself.” – Gautama Buddha

Chandra Prakash is a dedicated yoga and meditation practitioner with a deep commitment to self-exploration and inner transformation. With personal experience of completing six 10-day Vipassana meditation courses and successfully undertaking the transformative Panchkosha Sadhana, his journey has been one of discipline, silence, and profound self-inquiry. These intensive practices have allowed him to explore the deeper dimensions of the self, which he now shares with sincerity and dedication.

Alongside his meditative journey, he has also participated in National Yoga Championships, gaining valuable experience in advanced asanas, alignment, and the physical expression of yogic mastery. This combination of physical discipline and inner stillness forms the foundation of his teachings at Dhyanasth Yoga.
