Koshal Lodhi firmly believes in the transformative power of yoga, having personally experienced its impact on his health and well-being. With over six years of experience in the field, he is a dedicated yoga instructor committed to guiding others on their wellness journey.
Currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Yoga, Koshal has also earned a PG Diploma in Alternative Therapies, specializing in Acupressure Therapy and Pranic Healing Therapy. His deep understanding of both traditional yoga practices and alternative healing methods makes him a well-rounded teacher with an empathetic approach.
An esteemed alumnus of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (DSVV), Haridwar, Koshal has trained over 700+ students at DSVV, helping them improve their physical and mental well-being. His one piece of advice for beginners is simple yet powerful: Be patient and keep moving forward.
